Jiana Norton joins the Denver Legal Marketing team with a diverse background in media and public relations. After winning the 2019-2020 award for Best Public Affairs Program by the Colorado Broadcasters Alliance, she has continuously driven successful promotions with a proven track record for results. Jiana possesses strong problem-solving capabilities for complex situations and is proactive in serving clients. When working with a law firm marketing agency, she has the experience, insight, and drive that attorneys want.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing at Colorado State University-Pueblo and possesses an Associates of Arts in Business Management from Pueblo Community College. In 2017, Jiana took the role of On-Field Team Member for Sky Sox Baseball in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While at Sky Sox, she used her infectious energy to handle large-scale events and deliver fan entertainment.
It was not long before iHeart Radio of Southern Colorado took note and hired her as an On-Air Personality and Promotional Lead in 2017. Jiana dazzled listeners and proudly took home the silver winner award for “Best of Pueblo DJ” voted by listeners. Then, Jiana became the Season Promotions Coordinator and In-Game Host for the Pueblo Bulls Hockey Club in 2019-2020 Season. During her tenure, she developed innovative and exciting promotions to attract new sponsors and viewers.
As an in-game host, she maintained an enthusiastic spirit. Jiana inspired interns to strive for the best possible fan experience while also promoting sponsorships, raffle giveaways, and Pueblo Bulls merchandise. She also captured video footage of games, fans, and players to create promotional, high-converting videos that skyrocketed attendance and viewership.
Jiana is currently working on her Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University-Pueblo and is slated to graduate in May 2021. We are excited to welcome Jiana to DLM and look forward to her contributions.
